If booking for more than 28 people, please contact: ticket@cyberjump.at Birthdays can be booked at least 2 days in advance. Changes to the event details (including number of attendees) must be made no later than 2 days before the event.

FAQ

Birthday packages are bookable for a minimum of 8 people. 1 table is provided for up to 14 people; 2 tables from 15 people onward. You must pay for 8 people upfront, the rest is paid on-site based on actual attendance. You can confirm the final number of guests on-site with staff. However, you cannot drop below 8 people if one table was reserved, or below 15 people if two tables were reserved. IMPORTANT: The number of cake slices cannot be changed on the day of the event. Notify us of changes at least 2 days prior.
