On school days (Monday to Friday), the minimum number of participants required for booking is 6. On weekends and during school holidays, the minimum booking requirement is 8 participants, which must be paid for in all cases. When booking a birthday party, we require a deposit equivalent to the price of 6 packages. Online booking is available for a maximum of 28 people. If you wish to make a reservation for more than 28 people, please contact our colleagues at ticket@cyberjump.at. Birthday parties must be booked at least 2 days before the selected date. Changes to the already ordered birthday party parameters can be made up to 2 days before the event.

FAQ
Our birthday packages can be booked for a minimum of 8 people. We provide one table for up to 14 people and two tables for 15 or more people. A deposit is required for 6 people, and the remaining amount must be settled on-site based on the actual number of participants. You have the option to finalize the final number of participants with our colleagues on-site, but for 1 booked table, the number of participants cannot drop below 6, and for 2 booked tables, it cannot drop below 15.
Our birthday packages include the cake, which must be paid for in all cases. In the case of guests with food allergies, you may bring your own cake with the appropriate documentation, which we ask you to present on-site.
For special food requests such as vegetarian options or intolerances, write us a message in the comment field or send an email to ticket@cyberjump.at. If you have any questions, we will be happy to contact you.
No, because they pose a safety hazard.
The schedule of our birthday events always begins with either a 1 or 2-hour jumping session, followed by the celebration at the tables. The order of these events cannot be changed.
Yes, if you notify our colleagues at ticket@cyberjump.at at least 2 days before the booked date. Please note that weekend-priced packages can only be moved to weekends, and weekday-priced packages can only be moved to weekdays.
If they do not intend to go on the trampoline area and only participate in the celebration, they do not need to purchase tickets.
