Online ticket booking
Before buying your ticket, please be informed about our modification/cancellation rules stated in General Terms and Conditions under section IX and X.
There is no way to receive a refund for a purchased ticket; we cannot pay money back under any circumstances. The time and date of the ticket can be changed 48 hours before the date to be amended. We are not able to change the date within the last 48 hours.
If you purchase a ticket with a time slot within 48 hours, please be aware and accept that you will no longer be able to change them.
Voucher
You can buy vouchers online that can be used at a later date. There are two types of vouchers available. Vouchers can be used for online and on-site ticket purchases as well.
Registration
Are you going to book a ticket here for the first time? Please do not forget that your ticket is valid only with this registration. Please click here and fill out the registration form so you can get the ribbon that allows you to enter the park.
