SAFETY REGULATIONS

The trampoline park is a highly accident-prone facility; therefore, the following rules must be complied with by all of our visitors for the safety of everyone.
The equipment are used by everyone at their own risk, with respect to which they have to accept the individual liability declaration.

1. The equipment of the trampoline park are not allowed to be used by the following people:

  1. children under the age of 4.
  2. children between age 4 and 5 can only go to the trampolines with an accompanying adult
  3. whose weight exceeds 110 kg.
  4. whose health condition does not allow this.
  5. who is pregnant.
  6. who has a serious injury
  7. who consumed alcohol before entry.
  8. who is under the influence of drugs.
  9. who regularly takes medication

2. Before using our equipment...

  1. dress in clothes suitable for doing sports
  2. if your hair is long, tie it up
  3. remove your jewellery, remove or cover your piercings
  4. take your glasses off if possible
  5. empty your pockets
  6. make sure that there are no sharp or overhanging parts on your clothing
  7. put on the SPECIAL TRAMPOLINE socks.
  8. warm up your muscles

3. Rules relating to the use of trampoline park's equipment:

  1. make risky jumps (such as a somersault) only at your own risk
  2. do not jump from one track to another
  3. backwards, double somersaults and series of somersault jumps are not permitted
  4. do not eat or drink on the tracks or on the equipment
  5. you are not allowed to go on the equipment barefoot or while wearing shoes
  6. chewing gum is forbidden
  7. adult supervision is required under the age of 6
  8. it is forbidden to run around on the equipment
  9. the trampolines can only be used by one person at a time
  10. make sure you always jump in the middle; do not jump on the edge of the trampolines
  11. sitting or lying on a trampoline track is forbidden
  12. always jump with both legs and land on two feet. Except for the Airbag equipment, where it is strictly forbidden to land on your feet!
  13. It is only allowed to jump into the sponge pool or the Airbag from the trampolines or from the tower; never jump from the edge of the pool!
  14. never jump out of the jumping tracks as it may cause serious injury.
  15. playing catapult on the equipment is forbidden
  16. it is forbidden to climb on the equipment
  17. the pipes, supporting structures, lights on the ceiling are not part of the games; touching them is strictly forbidden

4. Ninja Warrior Track Safety Rules

  1. this track can only be used by visitors with a height over 150 cm
  2. it is not recommended for visitors with agoraphobia (fear of heights)
  3. our guests must acknowledge the fact that the use of the tracks can constitute a serious workout for the arms, hands, and upper body
  4. on a single track, only one person can play at the same time
  5. the use of special socks is mandatory on the ninja warrior track as well
  6. climbing on the supporting structures of the track is strictly forbidden

5. Wipe Out trampoline safety rules:

  1. this equipment can only be used by visitors taller than 120 cm
  2. only one person can stay on a trampoline field at a time
  3. it is forbidden to climb onto the rotating arms!
  4. it is forbidden to slow or stop the movement of the arms!
  5. only people participating in the game may be present on the playing area
  6. it is strictly forbidden to sit, crouch, or stand at the edge of the play area!
  7. the instructions of the operator have to be followed at all times!

6. Trapeze safety rules:

  1. Always land buttocks or back first on the airbag matrasse. Never land on your feet or head on the airbag!
  2. Only jump onto an empty airbag; do not jump until the previous player has left the airbag!
  3. It is strictly forbidden to do a somersault when jumping off the trapeze!
  4. Only one person can be in the tower at a time
  5. Hold the trapeze with both hands. It is forbidden and dangerous to stand or sit on it or to hold it in any unusual manner.
  6. It is forbidden to jump onto the trapeze either from a standing position or after running up to it!

7. For the most fun and physical safety, the following rules are also recommended to be observed:

  1. take rests between jumps
  2. jumping too high can be extremely dangerous and it is forbidden
  3. jumping head first is strictly forbidden and dangerous
  4. Watch out for your fellow visitors and their physical safety

N ALL CASES, PLEASE FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY OUR COLLEAGUES WORKING WITH THE EQUIPMENT!
IF SOMEONE DOES NOT USE OUR EQUIPMENTS AS INTENDED, THIS ACTIVITY IS DANGEROUS FOR OUR VISITORS’ PHYSICAL HEALTH, AND THESE ACTIONS ARE NOT STOPPED DESPITE OUR TEAM’S WARNINGS, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK, WHICH THEY MUST PROMPTLY COMPLY WITH.

If either you or another visitor near you suffers an accident or has a visible health problem, please contact our employees working nearby immediately.
