Before purchasing the Tag Active credit, please view our rules regarding changes/cancellation in points IX and X of our General Terms and Conditions. There is no way to receive a refund for a purchased credit. You can use your tokens without any time limitation. The purchased credit will be uploaded to your Tagactive wristband at reception.
