Official Terms and Conditions of the "Trampoline Hero" Competition

1. The organizer of the competition

1.1. The organizer of the competition presented in these conditions of participation is Cyberjump Austria GmbH (registered office: Hermann-Gebauer-Straße 4, 1220, Vienna Austria; commercial register number: FN 586425s; tax number: ATU78498216) (hereinafter referred to as the “organizer”).
1.2 Data management and processing in connection with the competition is carried out by the organizer.

2. Conditions of participation

2.1. Any natural person over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as “player”) who has correctly provided or filled in the data required for participation and meets all the stated and required conditions of participation can take part in the prize draw.

2.2. Shareholders and employees of the organizer and their close relatives as well as other persons involved in the organization and implementation of the competition are excluded from participation in the competition.

2.3. By participating in the competition, the player confirms that they have read the terms and conditions of participation in full and accepts them without reservation.

2.4. The organizer processes the player’s personal data on the basis of the player’s voluntary, prior and detailed express consent. By participating in the prize draw, the player expressly consents to the processing of their personal data.

3. Implementation of the competition

3.1. The opening date for the competition: March 1. The closing date for the competition is: June 20.

– Weekly competitions: Every Friday from March 7 to June 20 (16 weeks in total).
– Monthly competitions: March 21, April 11, May 2, May 30, June 20

3.2. Course of the game:

When purchasing a Trampoline Hero package, every customer receives a prize draw ticket as a gift at the reception of the Cyberjump Trampoline Park, which they can decide to use or not.
In order for the customer to take part in the prize draw as a player, they must fill in the prize draw ticket legibly, state their name and e-mail address and then place the completed prize draw ticket in the collection box provided. The collection boxes are clearly visible in the Cyberjump trampoline parks. In addition, the player can voluntarily register for the organizer’s newsletter by ticking the appropriate box.
3.3. The prizes of the raffle:

– Weekly prizes: 1 gift card worth 2800 V-Bucks per draw (16 in total)
– Monthly prizes: 1 PlayStation5 console per draw (5 in total)

Cash payment of the prize is not possible and the prize is not transferable.

3.4. The raffle procedure:

The winner (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”) will be selected by lot by the Organizer from among the players.

The draws will take place at Cyberjump Trampoline Park. Weekly prizes will be drawn every Friday and monthly prizes on the 5 dates mentioned above The draw will be carried out by a committee consisting of three members from the organizer’s circle. The draw will be made at random from the tickets placed in the collection box. All tickets placed so far will be entered into the weekly and monthly prize draws. The tickets are collected throughout the entire duration of the game without emptying the box. Tickets that have already been drawn are not returned to the collection box.

3.5. Winner notification and prize presentation:

The organizer will notify the winner within 24 hours of the draw by e-mail to the address given on the competition ticket.

3.6. Accepting the prize:

The winner can only collect the prize in person on presentation of a photo ID at the Cyberjump Trampoline Park where the prize draw takes place. The prize can be collected within a period of 4 weeks from the drawing of the respective ticket.

If the winner does not contact the organizer within 7 working days of the prize notification being sent, the committee will draw a new ticket.

3.7. Legal recourse is excluded.

4. Rights and obligations of the organizer

4.1. By participating in the prize draw, the player accepts full liability for all damages incurred by the organizer as a result of a breach of these rules during participation.

4.2. In the event of a breach of these rules, the organizer will exclude the player from the draw. If the ticket of the excluded player is drawn, the ticket shall be deemed invalid and a new draw shall automatically take place.

4.3. The organizer excludes all liability for any damages incurred by the player or third parties as a result of the player providing false, inaccurate or incomplete data, the registration of a minor and the loss of the electronically transmitted prize notification for reasons for which the organizer is not responsible, unsuccessful delivery of the prize notification for other reasons or delayed delivery of the prize notification.

4.4. The organizer reserves the right to update or change the conditions of participation if necessary or to revoke the competition.

5. Data protection

5.1. The organizer is responsible for data protection. The organizer respects the privacy of the players. The following data protection guidelines apply to the processing of players’ personal data in the context of the competitions. Participation in the competition is voluntary.

The Organizer processes the Player’s personal data in accordance with these Game Rules in compliance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Regulation 95/46/EC (GDPR).

When participating in the competition, the organizer may collect the following data about the player: Master and contact data (first name, last name, e-mail address, gender).

This data is provided voluntarily by the player and is processed for the purpose of running the competition (e.g. to determine and notify the winner). The legal basis for this is the player’s consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and the fulfillment of a contractual relationship (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

With the player’s separate consent, the organizer also processes the master and contact data for marketing purposes, namely for sending a newsletter. The legal basis for this is the respective consent of the player (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).


5.2 The organizer does not pass on the data to third parties.

5.3. The organizer processes the player’s personal data for the period required to carry out the competition, including the delivery of the prizes, but for no longer than until the player withdraws their consent.

In the case of consent to marketing, the personal data is stored for an indefinite period.

5.4. The player can revoke his consent at any time without restriction or justification free of charge by sending an e-mail to info@cyberjump.at.

5.5. The Organizer guarantees the security of the Player’s personal data and implements technical and organizational measures to ensure an appropriate level of protection for the Player’s personal data.

5.6. Every player has the right to rectification and, if necessary, completion of all personal data processed. Furthermore, every player has a right to erasure and a right to restriction of processing. Such requests must be sent to the organizer by e-mail to info@cyberjump.at.

6. Complaints and claims

6.1. The player can contact the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40 – 42, 1030 Vienna, with a complaint regarding data protection by e-mail todsb@dsb.gv.at or by letter.

6.2. All complaints and claims can also be addressed to the organizer of the competition using the following contact details: info@cyberjump.at.

6.3. The organizer will examine the complaint received and respond immediately, but within 30 days at the latest.

6.4. In the event of a complaint, the organizer is entitled to process the personal data (name, contact details) of the complainant specified in the complaint for the period necessary to resolve the complaint. In this case, the legal basis for the data processing is the consent of the data subject and the purpose of the data processing is the handling of the complaint.
